Return Eligibility

Return Process

• We will provide instructions for returning the product to the supplier.

• Once the supplier confirms receipt of the item, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product.

• Provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.

• We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
